I also assess incoming 3 year olds to see if they meet the criteria for special education. I use the Social Thinking curriculum to teach students how to connect thoughts, feelings, and behavior. I have a LEGO® Club in my classroom. I find it supports cooperative learning, listening skills, problem solving, and social pragmatics. It also promotes a variety of social skills to include taking/waiting turns, relinquishing items, self control, and sustained group play. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
